Project context
At Plenti, my role went far beyond traditional frontend work. I was involved across the Next.js website, the React Native mobile app, and the broader systems that shaped product velocity and delivery quality.
Because the platform was evolving continuously, the job was not just about shipping features. It also meant improving the foundations behind the product: analytics, release processes, code quality, and technical decision-making.
Scope of work
On the web side, I developed and maintained the Next.js website while also supporting SEO and performance work. In parallel, I contributed to the mobile application and to internal improvements that made delivery more reliable across the whole product.
A meaningful part of my work focused on product analytics and experimentation. That included the PostHog migration, stronger user behavior tracking, and creating a better setup for future optimization work.
Business value
This project reflects how I approach product development: not as isolated feature delivery, but as coordinated work across frontend, mobile, analytics, and process. The biggest value came from connecting those areas into one practical operating model.
