The mobile pipeline in Bitrise was taking close to an hour, which slowed QA, release candidates, and hotfix delivery. I redesigned the CI/CD workflow and reduced average build time to around 15 minutes.

While working on the recommendation section, it turned out the system returned identical sets of recommended products to every user (both logged in and anonymous). The problem stemmed from lack of authorization on the API side - the recommendation endpoint didn't recognize who the client was (missing token/user identifier), so it returned globally most popular products.

The cross-sell drawer existed in the cart, but it was not contributing to revenue. I proposed the A/B test myself, designed three variants, and owned the experiment end-to-end.

At the point of return, some orders could still be saved, but the system offered no meaningful alternative. I implemented a one-time retention discount directly in the return flow to reduce churn.

Client was losing users due to out-of-stock products. Platform users frequently ordered products with extended delivery times, only to discover the product couldn't be purchased at that moment.

WordPress audit revealed performance issues and visual inconsistencies (pages didn't match each other, broke on mobile). Decision: complete rebuild.
